Meet Our Team Leaders

OUR TEAM LEADERS

Israel Jaramillo

Izzy is a full-time student at Richland College and joined AllBall Sports in April 2007 as a Team Leader. Izzy has earned the reputation for being the "gun whisperer" since he has a knack for gun tech & repair. Israel is an aggressive skater and is in charge of our skate team.

Izzy comes from a close, missions oriented Christian family and is fiercely competitive. A fan of MMA/UFC, Izzy enjoys playing guitar, baseball, soccer, fly fishing and is a picky eater.

Nick Stout

is our staff photographer and a Team Leader. Nick's pictures and videos are often selected as profile pictures on FACEBOOK. Nick is a second year student at Richland College and joined AllBall Sports in August 2007.

Nick is a catalyst for team morale and his heart is toward the players and community we support. Nick is active in his church and participates in praise and worship.

Bryan Neff

is a multi-sports junkie and excels in both team and individual sports. Bryan is a devout Christian, a life long athlete, an avid hunter and grew up in a close knit family in Plano.

Bryan is exceptional in product knowledge and in helping young people enjoy their sports even more. Truly a man's man, Bryan is a go to guy for leadership, problem solving and knowing what the rules are. A proud patriot, Bryan wears the red, white & blue without apology.

Chris Rasco

If you have been around paintball in North Texas you know "Shocker Chris." Not one to shy away from risks, Chris also has a passion for helping new players learn and enjoy the sport. He is often seen on the field during a match sacrificing his own playtime to help young players with the guns and play. Few people know more about paintball.

Chris is fun-loving, connects easily with young people and brings creativity and personality to everything he does. Chris recently adopted a boxer named "Lucky."

Your Community

While not formally on staff, several young members of the Murphy/Allen/Plano/Wylie/Garland area sacrifice their time and talents to make AllBall Sports a memorable experience and a positive example in the neighborhood- and the neighborhood is a big back yard.
